DESCRIPTION:
In this master class vlog, I discuss my recent discoveries as a dj coach/booking agency/nightclub consultant. The troubling issues witnessed have made a severe impact on the creative expressions of our djs and artists. The main issue is- lack of artist development. Without development and proper research, djs are being forced to play for by default crowds. Inept promoters and booking agencies are stacking their venues and dj rosters with "current trend" djs but aren't able to provide diverse sounds or sustain venue relationship because they lack depth in their variety of talent. Instead, these djs are forced to take by default gigs in order to keep the money machine in place for everyone involved.
