These two pieces are part of the complete corpus of piano music by Peter Feuchtwanger, the distinguished composer, pianist and pedagogue. This uniquely evocative music has been recorded for the first time in its entirety by Haydn Dickenson. The album, EAST, has met with considerable critical acclaim.

DHUN (Study no 7 in an Eastern Idiom)was composed in 1992, and is the composer's own transcription of the piece he was commissioned to write by Yehudi Menuhin and Ravi Shankar, giving rise to their ground-breaking recordings together, WEST MEETS EAST
