Isolation does not imply that this room is sound proof. It's that I am isolated from the real world of other people and I miss them. When I turn on my mic to record vocals I hope that the dog next door is happy or he gets into the mix.

The 1st song is "Don't Want You No More" by Spencer Davis who I have had the pleasure to have been on stage with and I asked him what he thought of my covering his tune and he said why not? "The Allman Brothers" did it already...The 2nd one is "Into the Great Wide Open" by Tom Petty. Both of these I did live for a few years like this recording, in a 2 song medley.
Also a short tour of my modest home studio, the isolation room...with music. This is a recording of some live music from the mid 1990's. Recorded at Meyers South Lake Tahoe on a Fostex R8, an 8 track 1/4" reel to reel tape deck synced to an Atari computer via MIDI using Dr. T's Tiger Cub MIDI recording software (no editing). All live, drums, keys, bass, guitars, and vocals.
