A friend of mines mother passed away recently and I was working on this song and when I heard the news I thought I should dedicate this to her and the family. She was one of the nicest women I've ever met and she will be missed.


I took the song "Your Hand In Mine" by Explosions in the Sky and added strings to it. The original is one of my favorite songs ever and I have always wanted to add strings to it. The song speaks to me and the strings just add a little bit more emotion for me. I hope you guys enjoy this.
