About Greg Boland (extract from 'all about jazz'):
Greg Boland (b.1955) is one of Ireland's most experienced touring and recording guitarists. Best known as a collaborative and session musician, he has worked with many critically acclaimed bands and artists. Greg's career began in the 1970's as a member of Jazz / Rock band 'Supply Demand & Curve' following which he played with the legendary 'Stagalee', Ireland's most successful 'Soul / Funk' band. During this period he also established himself as a very busy studio session guitarist, playing on scores of Albums, Singles, Demos, Jingles, TV / Film Themes and Soundtracks. As a member of 'Scullion' he enjoyed success on the acoustic music and festival circuit of the early 1980's, recording four albums. In the mid 80's he co-formed 'Bumper to Bumper' a sophisticated R & B outfit, the members of which included some of Dublin's top studio session players. His role as a session player has also led to much Theatre and TV work. He has also been / is a member of the bands : Moving Hearts, Davy Spillane Band, The Big Noise, and Steely Dan tribute bands Naked Lunch and Aja. Greg has toured and / or recorded with :- Sonny Condell, Freddie White, Bill Whelan, Carole King, Bono, Dolores Keane, Mary Coughlan, Fleadh Cowboys, Leo Sayer, Christy Moore, (Moya Brennan, Steve Winwood, Sinead O'Connor w. Davy Spillane), Mary Stokes, Donal Lunny, Sean Tyrell, Nigel Rolfe, Shaun Davey, Rita Connolly, Stockton's Wing, Midnite Well, Maura O'Connell, Henry McCullough, Frances Black, The Black Family, The Bards, Red Hurley, Johnny Logan, Jimmy Mc Carthy, Liam Merriman, Eoin O'Meachair, The Houseshakers, Tommy Fleming, Applecore Band, NCO, NSO, RTE etc. Greg is currently working as a producer / arranger and session guitarist. This work incorporates his knowledge and experience of computer music technology. He has also had experience in music education ranging from private individual lessons, seminars and workshops. Greg has instructed in music arranging in the Arts Department at Ballyfermot College of Further Education. Greg was the innaugural president of the Musicians Union of Ireland, and served in that post from 2003 to 2007.

About Tommy Moore (from BCFE rockschool webpage):
Tommy came to prominence as a bass player when touring with the original cast of Jesus Christ Superstar in which he played with amongst others Irish musicians Mike Nolan, Bill Whelan, Keith Donald and Brian Dunning. Around 1974 he joined the Swarbriggs, a showband that played and recorded their own original songs. During this stint he met keyboardist James Delaney with whom he was to collaborate later in Paul Brady's band, and Stagalee. Subsequently Tommy toured Canada with Honor Heffernan.Soon after returning to Ireland he joined renowned Irish funk band Stagalee, in which he forged lifelong friendships with Greg Boland (gtr.), Fran Breen(drums), James Delaney(keys) and Carl Geraghty(sax). In 1980 Tommy joined Paul Brady's band along with Fran Breen, James Delaney, Artie Mc Glynn (gtr.),Jimmy Faulkner (gtr.). This line-up recorded and toured Brady's first solo album 'Hard Station'. The gigs included Lisdoonvarna and Macroom festivals and the famous TV show 'The Old Grey Whistle Test'. In 1981 Tommy joined The Business, a legendary Dublin blues band whose members included Errol Walsh (formerly Stagalee), Don Baker and Pat Farrell. Tommy Then joined another legendary band The Fleadh Cowboys. He has performed and recorded with many Irish artists including; Paul Brady, Christy Moore, Mary Coughlan, Freddie White, Moving Hearts, Fr. Michael Cleary! (yeh really), Scullion, Pete Cummins, The Fleadh Cowboys, Don Baker, Johnny Logan ('What's another Year'), Stagalee, The Business, Bumper to Bumper and Ed Deane. He has also used his vocal skills, as a backing vocalist, on many recordings and TV shows. He currently plays with Badge, a band that includes Anto Drennan, (Chris Rea, Mike and the Mechanics, The Corrs ,etc.),and Greg Boland (Scullion, Moving Hearts, etc. ),also plays with a Steely Dan tribute band 'AJA'.
