Tolpuddle Man by Graham Moore (Cover) - Video

DESCRIPTION:
This song about the Tolpuddle Martyrs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tolpuddle_Martyrs) was written by Graham Moore and regularly performed by Danny Spooner at union events.

This video (https://youtu.be/D8GiHOBbnFU) includes an intro by Danny.

I have recorded six voice tracks to reflect the six men whose lives and families were so cruelly destroyed, just for requesting a living wage:
James Brine
James Hammett
George Loveless
James Loveless
Thomas Standfield
John Standfield (Thomas' son)

Incidentally, when James Hammett was deported to Australia, he was assigned to a Farm in Queanbeyan (less than an hour from me). Would have been a rough place in 1834.
