My Digital Audio professor assigned us a final project focused on sound editing, similarly to my Music Tech professor last semester. Thus, I decided I would do another one of my choral multitracks, since I hadn't done one in a while. This piece, "Elijah Rock" by the amazing Moses Hogan, was recorded using an AKG Perception 120 Microphone, and mixed/mastered in GarageBand (Since that was the only DAW software on my computer). What you hear is a total of 9 tracks, one for each part at the song's largest split where the basses start, and then the tenors, the altos, and finally the sopranos, gradually add on until a fierce climax. It took a HUGE amount of time to record everything (around 20 hours), but I'm pretty pleased with the end result. Hope you like it!!!
