"I often cook healthy, sugar-free, gluten-free, organic meals for my friends. Athena's Healthy Chocolate Souffle

Ingredients
77g organic cocoa powder
8 tblsps xylitol (2 per pot)
2 organic free range eggs
77g organic double cream
approx 170ml filtered (ideally reverse-osmosis) water
