After the vinyl release Tactical Gadget 4.1 & Tactical Gadget 4.2, Austrian Techno factory Con:Takt Music is on track again with a digital release: The Tactical Gadget 4.0 argues with all eight tracks already having been on Vinyl and additionally includes bonus tracks by upcoming Viennese guys Smacs & Kong and caTekk. Ahmet Sendil, the turkish hot talk of the year 2009. The minimal connoisseur from the bosporus is bringing in fresh wind into the beatport charts with his tracks and remixes. On his tune "space cadet" you can hear why: with A tight clear kickdrum and excellent placed sound elements, its moving unstoppable towards multiple peaks. This tune could go on forever.!! Martin Eyerer, top league of Techno, Minimal producers. His tune "Barbers Pole" is carried by a proper cutting edge Eyerer Beat and a slight 90's rave days hook. Gennaro Rossi, known for his big hit "Iperion". Now the german sounds convincing with his track "Don Pippo" which is definitely prime-time material. Max H., collaborating with the frankfurt based Timo Huehner. A worming bass-monster, which with his threatening vocal sample, backspins and barely any sounds is moving anything aside put in its way; only pushing forward. Elia, Peak-Time Techno at its best. "Chords" comes with unbelievably demanding rhythm lines and a break in the second third of the track, that will blow out your mind - not only on the dancefloor! Tobias Lützenkirchen tops it all. "Splinter Cell" shines with a warm bassline, unsettling hooks and breaks that open new horizons of intuitive Minimal tunes. Lars Wickinger, proves with his track, that it's "Time To Make A Powwow". Straight bassline, tickly vocal parts and a mean surrounding to make Tactical Gadget 4.0 an absolute must for your record case. Max H. "Different Reality" sounds like it is read: unsettling vocals mixed with futuristic beats, a detroity refrain and frisky bleep-bleeps in between. The bonus and only digitally released tracks "Never Be" of Austrian top producer duo Smacs & Kong and "Spotlight" by Viennese youngster caTekk give the whole release the Extra touch.
