Song of the week #48 is Blue Bossa by Kenny Dorham, a fine Real Book tune that Marc Bagasou from Oye Cojunto turned me on to. Marc and I played in Custom for many years, and he is the best Tenor Sax player I know. I have always wanted to learn this so I could share the melody with him - I get my chance next month at a show that will include Emmett Chapman!
