Artist Biography: Love and hate, life and death, passion and apathy, body and soul, everything maintains its well-defined shape in Neil's music, in which his voice and notes come together creating scars, in a painful, graceful, burning embrace. We do not know him, we are still not allowed to, we shall not dare to. All we can do now is look and listen.
His life does not correspond to his biography, it is not the mere chronicles of any given
person, nor any result of the sterile strength of rational thought. Neil is not led by reason,
this is what he is trying to make us understand. This is the destiny of his, the road on
which his music has led him. Sharing his teachings is an act of mind, not an act of love.
Knowing him is an act of love, not an act of mind.
There are few things on this record, "Apart.", But all right and refined, sometimes painful and scratchy, like some feral feelings, of which the next day you feel nostalgia.
The acoustic guitar draws the size of each song, an elastic container where a unique voice, sought synth (sometimes you wonder what they really are) and some hints of percussion find their space.
Neil is a very original Singer-Songwriter, sensitive and capable of transmitting his work with a diverse creativity, never redundant.
