Several years on from the previous K.D.S & Stabfinger #electroswing collaboration 'Go Feet', we're proud to present the latest instalment in Freshly Squeezed's increasingly popular 'Blue Cover' Series.

Since it's initial release 'Go Feet' has been used as the main-title theme for the American indie film 'Lost Cat Corona' inspiring French DJ (Got) K.D.S to once again joins forces with Stabfinger to deliver another loose and infectious slab of dance-floor goodness.

Black Mama is a rootsy lo-fi #electroblues inspired by an early Son House recording. It's been given a 21st century makeover whilst allowing the character of the original recording to shine through. In the video it's teamed up with visuals from the incredible cartoon FRITZ THE CAT - based on the ROBERT CRUMB comic strip original - a classic 60's cartoon (with a killer soundtrack) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritz_the_Cat_(film) Guaranteed you will watch with your mouth wide open! The original film was directed by the inimitable Ralph Bakshi! (Though apparently Robert Crumb hated it so much he eventually killed the character off! Seeing as he was such a fan of the 78 era he would also probably hate our remix!)
