2002 Scott Bourne set up Frequency Recordings with Andy C. The label was set up for the specific purpose to help new up and coming enthusiasts get established in the Drum & Bass world. To date Frequency has given birth to major D&B stars such as Sub Focus, Xample, Basher and Dc Breaks and is now homing music for established artists such as Moving Fusion, Shimon, and Red One.
