The All Good Funk Alliance (AGFA) consists of Frank Cueto and Russell Belicek. AGFA met while taking music production courses at college in Northern Virginia. Rusty was interested in production and was just getting started; Frank had been producing for awhile and had a small studio setup. At their first crack at the studio together, they knew there was something special to be had from the relationship. They both had different influences that pushed them to fine tune their sound.
