Warranted Explanation:

Many moons and several trips around the sun ago, there were small LCD screens above the urinals in quite a few Sydney bars. Presumably designed to enhance the urinal experience, it was supposed to entertain viewers, advertising of the happy hap around Sydney In their infinite wisdom, the ad firm decided to use a current house track as background music which was repeated periodically (ad nauseum). The track had a considerable amount of play, so you would probably hear it quite often. It was admittedly a little catchy but no one knew the name of it (not even DJs who played it could recall), and thereon it was referred to as the Toilet Song.
