Epitaph is on King Crimson's revolutionary 1969 first album In the Court of the Crimson King, though this is probably a live version from that time.
The song was originally written about war but is now also a powerful observation on the destructive forces of corporate greed and globalization that are wrecking our planet.
Home is a 2009 documentary by Yann Arthus-Bertrand which highlighted how the eco-balance of the planet is being destroyed. For it, 488 hours of high-definition footage was filmed from a small helicopter in over 50 countries.

Those of us fortunate not to be trapped in poverty can all make changes that will help restore balance by reducing our consumption of energy and products, however small.
I regularly check out: are there lights or electronics on standby I can turn off, do I need the heating or aircon on right now, am I buying more food than will be eaten, iss there produce I can buy that's traveled a few miles not thousands, can I eat a little less meat and more vegetables, less processed food, I'll feel better for it and may live longer. I ask myself if I really need a new phone, tablet TV, or vehicle, and do I really need a gas-guzzling truck or sports model when something eco-friendly would do. There are many such questions.
As I bring my own life a little more into balance, the planet's will be too. Small changes matter.

There is much new technology in development that will harness the energy of the sun, wind and tides more effectively and cheaply. Suppose there was a new type of nuclear power plant that was smaller and cheaper to run, would always shut down safely in an emergency, produced a fraction of the radioactive waste created by the current ones, was even able to consume the existing stockpile of highly toxic radioactive waste as fuel, and wasn't able to produce weapons grade nuclear material. Too good to be true? It is already in development and is called the Molten Salt Reactor.
The new technology gives hope for the future, but we humans need to change our perception that the earth has unlimited resources we can continue to plunder relentlessly.

Lyrics:

The wall on which the prophets wrote
Is cracking at the seams.
Upon the instruments of death
The sunlight brightly gleams.
When every man is torn apart
With nightmares and with dreams,
Will no one lay the laurel wreath
When silence drowns the screams.

Confusion will be my epitaph.
As I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back and laugh.
But I fear tomorrow I'll be crying,
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying.
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying

Between the iron gates of fate
The seeds of time were sown
And watered by the deeds of those
Who know and who are known.
Knowledge is a deadly friend
If no one sets the rules.
The fate of all mankind I see
Is in the hands of fools.

The wall on which the prophets wrote
Is cracking at the seams.
Upon the instruments of death
The sunlight brightly gleams.
When every man is torn apart
With nightmares and with dreams,
Will no one lay the laurel wreath
When silence drowns the screams.

Confusion will be my epitaph.
As I crawl a cracked and broken path
If we make it we can all sit back and laugh.
But I fear tomorrow I'll be crying,
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying.
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying
Crying..
Crying...
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying
Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying
Crying...
