Here's the story - Dillon's father Robbie and I have been friends for over 40 years. But being an ocean apart for eons, I didn't get to experience Dillon's growth first hand. We began as Facebook friends, liking some of each others' posts and doing a bit of online chat.

Then Robbie messages me that they are coming to London, doing a (spectacular) Carole King concert in Hyde Park... would I like to attend? It was great. Got to hang with more old friends - Danny (Kootch) Kortchmar, Zev Katz, Elissa Cline, and of course Robbie. Dillon's energy both on and offstage were really good, so...

I invited Dillon to pop over to do a couch video session, he graciously accepted ...and here it is.

Dillon Kondor

Dillon Kondor is a guitarist, vocalist, and composer living in New York City. He currently plays on "Dear Evan Hansen," a new musical opening on Broadway in late 2016, and tours with Blood Sweat & Tears. Dillon is the frontman of the band "Kondor," who have just released their debut EP. He freelances in New York as a guitarist, producer, musical director, and string arranger for myriad artists and bands. More about Dillon at http://dillonkondor.com/


Elliott Randall

Elliott Randall’s illustrious career has encompassed a wide and varied cross-section of World Musical forms. These include: record production, composition, electronic research and development, lectures and teaching, and of course, a legendary contribution to popular guitar performance and recording. His guitar solos on Steely Dan’s “Reelin’ In The Years” and “Fame” (the motion picture) have entered Rock history annals.
