Heavy trash time has come again to Louisville, KY, and among the goodies on the curb I found this 1970s Morse Electrophonic ME-4 console stereo with BSR record changer turntable. In this video, we will assess the condition and open it up. This is an EOL (end of the line) example, so the cabinet will be going to the curb due to condition issues and missing 8-track player. Still, some useful parts are there free for the taking, which might help us in some future restoration. And check out that gold velvet in the speaker wells! Would fit right in on a vintage episode of Columbo!
