Timothy Brownie is a Mexico City-based four-member instrumental band that has melded a unique sonic palette which includes electropop, psychedelic rock, Latin and funk. Known for their captivating music videos and dynamic live performances, Timothy Brownie has earned a strong following in Latin America, thanks to memorable performances at international festivals such as Goliath Fest (with Thievery Corporation), Maquinaria Fest in Buenos Aires (with Calle13), Surf Music Festival I,II and III in Puerto Escondido, Winter Beach at Playa del Carmen (with Los Amigos Invisibles and Café Tacuba), Electric Planet Festival (Mexico), Heinken Winter Festival, and selected to the opening slots for bands such as Royksopp, Friendly Fires, The Rapture and Hot Chip in Mexico City.
