About The Video: On June 12th, American rock band 3 By Design released a music video for their song “Shatter” on their official YouTube Channel. The hard rock song speaks of the evolution of society with an ambition to unite, as the video displays the day in a life of a struggling couple, detached from one another from the distrtions of technology. The video was taped in locations throughout Los Angeles, directed by Matthew Tully Brown and filmed by Wes Shirley.

The couple in the video, tied to their own personal mobile devices, battle to garner one another’s attention and show affection. From scene to scene, their emotions of disconnect are on display until they finally realize what is really important, one another. In front of a group of friends, they finally awaken from a technological slumber and shatter their phones as the rest of the group joins in.

The song “Shatter” is a single from the band’s debut EP 'Under the Surface', released on Jan 15th, 2015, and is available on most online stores and compact disc.
