This is a great stretch you can incorporate into your daily life. Since we all have access to a wall, there are zero excuses! Make sure your feet are hips width apart and and they are in alignment = heels and toes in the same line.
Spread your finger tips wide and pull your shoulders back as you push the wall away from you and slide your chest toward the ground.
