DESCRIPTION:
'Stronger Back' is the title song from Doug Gill's debut album. I met Doug in Austin a few years back at the Mickey Newbury Songwriters Gathering, where we shared time together and joined in many late-night guitar pulls. Later, I was a guest at Doug's home outside of Nashville, and we played Douglas Corner together with Warren Wilken. Why this song hasn't been covered and made a hit is beyond me.
