After a brief absence 'Alive Recordings' head-honcho Tom Budden returns to the label with his 'Amber EP'.

'Lurking' kicks proceedings off with a real power-house of a track, uplifting in all the right senses of the word with a down and dirty bass line underpinning the warmth of the melodic flourishes. 'Amber' harnesses the exuberant spirit of early 90's hardcore with a breakbeat sensibility driving the track forward whilst 'Slice' rounds things off in fine style with another sledgehammer ode to days of rave past.
