What you have just downloaded is Volume 1 of a collection of tracks, Dubs and unreleased material. Most of the material here was recorded while I was part of Poisonous Poets, a group which originally consisted of myself, Therapist, Tony D and Doc Brown. We were later joined by Stylah and Lowkey. The songs here were all recorded between 2001-2004.
Some of the tracks featured on our Mix CD "Poisonous Poetry: The Mixtape", others were recorded and never saw the light of day and others were set to be on our "Vol 2: Lethal Dosage" Mix CD which never came out.


Why am I doing it? And why now?
Good questions,n theres more than one answer: Maybe the CD's were gonna deteriorate, maybe I'm trying to use it to promote myself and my new releases, maybe I feel like the material never got the attention it deserved originally, maybe I feel like the UK scene needs to know its own history, or maybe I just want to share it with the world! I'm not too sure why I'm doing it now except that it just seems to feel right.

So I hope you enjoy the music as much as we enjoyed making it! (wow that sounded CORNY didn't it! It was heartfelt though!)
