Cameo has been on BBC 1Xtra for over 10 years now and has a huge listenership. His show on BBC 1Xtra is now recognised by both the public and the industry as a key taste-making show for urban music. Indeed BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra also featured DJ Cameo heavily in their 2009 TV campaign promoting Radio 1 and 1Xtra - he was identified by 1Xtra chiefs as a key member of the DJ Line up on the station.
