The Boys- Live in Dusseldorf 2001
25 Brickfield Nights

The Boys were amongst the first wave of the UK punk explosion in the mid seventies and became the first UK punk band to sign an album deal with NEMS in January 1977. They became known as 'The Beatles of Punk', with their debut album entering the UK charts in September 1977.

Although The Boys never achieved the commercial success they deserved their music has refused to die. German punk band Die Toten Hosen have championed their music across Europe since the eighties and this has led to a revival in their popularity. Since 1999 The Boys have played the occasional live show with Vom Ritchie replacing Jack Black on drums. Their first ever German gig, in Dusseldorf in 2001, is also captured here, and features a guest appearance from Die Toten Hosen.
