DESCRIPTION:
Mystical Communication Service is an ever evolving music project fronted by the fictional Yanez Di Mompracem, and backed occasionally by his collection of eccentric and very non-fictional bandmates from various corners of the world. It is an amalgamation of wayward drifters, uniting to bring the long lost art and bygone spirit of classic music back to the mainstream music scene. Soaring guitars and drums deeper than heartbeats, give their sound a touch of the Mississippi disco blues infused with the wanderings and wondering of nomadic gypsies searching for a long forgotten home.

Based in Berlin, MCS boasts over 50 gigs played in a plethora of venues all over the great city, be it big, small, seedy or posh. The band has shared the stage with a multitude of today's worldwide talents, such as: The Soft Hills (US), SPECTRUM (GB), Damo Suzuki (of CAN) (DE/JP), Haight Ashbury (UK) and the Dum Dum Girls (US).

In late January 2014 the band released their first studio album entitled "Gypsy Spirit", a mini album which has already garnered a vast amount of praise and positive reviews from the online community and press beyond.

In spring 2014 the band embarked on their first international tour spanning Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, with 19 shows in just 20 days. The tour successfully ended with rave reviews, new fans and new friends alike.
