DESCRIPTION:
I made this Metroid as a prop for my performance with Metroid Metal over in Seattle for PAX 2010 at Benaroya Hall. I made a few metroids for PAX East earlier in the year, so I decided to make one huge one using a 7 foot balloon.

I also made a second one that we hung up at our merch booth.

I'm not at all disappointed that it broke, it had to die by design. It was so large that it never would have been able to make it out of the room. I ended up autographing one of the teeth/fins and a couple of the nuclei the next day. You can tell by the crowd roar that it served its purpose.

The song playing is Green/Red Brinstar from Super Metroid.
