INFLUENCIAS:
Desde el Rock como Black Sabbath pasando por varias bandas de Grunge como Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters hasta llegar al metal y rock progresivo como Demians, Porcupine Tree, Tool, A Perfect Circle.

BIOGRAFIA CASTELLANO:
Vertebra nace en noviembre del 2008 a partir de pequeñas composiciones por parte de Adrià y Alex ( bateria y guitarra ). Llegan a un punto en el cual deciden buscar el resto de los componentes para formar una banda al completo. Al poco tiempo y después de varias pruebas con diferentes bajistas se une a ellos Oscar. A partir del año siguiente empiezan a probar distintos cantantes sin encontrar la voz adecuada para el estilo que estaban creando y después de varias pruebas consiguen que entre en la banda Emi ( voz ) que con su entrada y ya la banda al completo empiezan a desbordar ideas y composiciones llegando a crear un sonido propio mezclando diferentes estilos ya que en las influencias de sus componentes estan desde el Rock como Black Sabbath pasando por varias bandas de Grunge como Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters hasta llegar al metal y rock progresivo como Demians, Porcupine Tree, Tool, A Perfect Circle. En la actualidad tienen compuestos 14 temas propios de los cuales escogen 4 para entrar en el estudio a grabar lo que en este momento es su primer E.P con el tema 'Transparent Souls' como single. Este E.P saldrá a la venta entre Septiembre y Octubre de este año 2010.

BIO ENGLISH:
Vertebra born in November 2008 with a few compositions by Adrià and Alex (drums and guitar). After a while they decide to complete the band. In a short time and after several tests with different bassists Oscar joins them. From next year they begin to experiment with different singers without finding the right voice for the style they were creating and, after several tests gets into the band Emi (voice) and then the whole band starts to overflow ideas and compositions coming to create a unique sound mixing different styles and influences that goes from Rock as Black Sabbath style through several Grunge bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters up to the metal and progressive rock as Demians, Porcupine Tree, Tool, A Perfect Circle. In late 2009 they went in Lluis Costa's Studio to record what is now their first EP with 'Transparent Souls' as a single. This EP will be released between September and October 2010.
