DESCRIPTION:
White-tailed deer coming through my neighbor's and my back yards in January 2014. This is in a suburban neighborhood. They follow the same route regularly, although they're not usually in such a large group. In the winter, their coats become very thick and woolly and the otherwise rich, sienna color becomes greyish-tan to blend in with their winter surroundings.

@ 2:45 -- this deer has an injured back leg; I don't know how it happened. They frequently and usually very suddenly run across roads and sometimes become injured or killed by cars that can't avoid hitting them.
