Off the newly released 2015 album titled "M.Y.E. R.E.L.I.G.I.O.N.", this track is titled "Dead Beat Daddy", sampling J-Live "Money Matters" by Pennsylvanian rapper, Dan X.

REVIEW: This track "Dead Beat Daddy" was easily my favorite track off this very extensive, well-developed full 23-track album release. Sampling the J-Live "Money Matters" (which in turn sampled Keith Droste 1970 "When You Come Along"), "Dead Beat Daddy" goes back to the conversation on the negative connotation and stigma of a father-figure in Hip-Hop music. Hip-Hop artists have generally either had a poor or non-existant relationship with their dads, well-noted in the hook of this track: "Dead beat daddy knockin' on the door/Your son's 24/what you want him for?/Eighteen years of that child support, now you poor/But, you never gave that child support." And the final line: "And I don't need ya money, shit you probably broke too/When I was 16, I dreamed of tryin' to choke you..." The honesty is deep. This is similar to Hasan Salaam's sentiment on his track "Father's Day" or Dutchmassive on "Dr. Ama." The instrumental here is very uplifting, I can't recognize the sample on top of my head but it's very fitting.
