Docta Cosmic & Fatz became a duo in October 2008 by combining their talents to entertain people.



Cosmic (the Dj), spotted the window for opportunity to become a DJ while at university (Southampton Solent) as there was a heavy demand for Urban music but not enough DJs to cater to it.

Fatz (the Host), has been an underground mc for the past 5yrs. He featured in the classic underground UK banger ‘Southside’.



Cosmic & Fatz have become well known entertainers in less than a year and are very notorious in the UK funky scene. They are located in South London & are able to cater to any bookings as they play the best in Funky House, Bashment, Afrobeats, Hiphop, Soca, UKG, R&B, Reggae, Grime, Club Classics and Slow Jams.

They work close with Tribal Magz & Gracious K; Cosmic is also currently both of their Dj’s.



Over the past year Cosmic & Fatz have made monumental progress. Together they have made a large number of mixtapes, totaling over 4500 downloads as well as 3000 physical CDs:



Just What the Docta Ordered (October 2008) - 924 downloads

Seminar 1 (November 2008) & Seminar 2 (April 2009) – 2,363 downloads

Party Time (July 2009) - 1,410 downloads



They have also used Fatz's 'Party Time' lyric to create a slogan for a brand of t-shirts/ jumpers and hooded tops which can be custom made to include any individual's name.



Their amazing and wonderful talent took them to Amsterdam in April 2009 and Aiya Napa in July 2009 to play alongside the likes of Hotsteppa, Cameo, Play Ents, Quincy Sounds & Funk Butcher to name but a few; in Club Ice, Black & White and Abyss. They have also played in front of record crowds over the UK and Europe: Super Jam @ Oceana, Birmingham with 2500+ attendees, Gracious K @ Amadeus, Rochester with 2000+ attendee and many more.
