DESCRIPTION:
NOISE Sounds Music Festival is an initiative of South Dublin County Council Arts Office. It is part NOISE, the Council's dedicated Youth Arts Programme and provides an opportunity for young musicians, ages 13 - 25 to attend masterclasses with, and perform in a professional stage alongside, professional musicians. The 2012 event took place in Aras Chronain, Irish Cultural Centre in Clondalkin.
