A painted Mother Monster or roaring Katycat? Here's your Top 10 Halloween costume ideas for 2013! Hey guys, welcome back to Clevver Music. Our favorite holiday: Halloween is just around the corner and if you're like us, you're already thinking of costume ideas. And we're here to help, with our Top 10 Halloween costume ideas for guys and girls based off on the most talked about, tweeted about, and photographed looks of 2013. Starting off our countdown at #10 is a pregnant Kim Kardashian costume! Yes, the reality-star's pregnancy was all-the-talk as she was photographed almost everywhere she went. Kim always looked fabulous so it's easy to recreate this look by just adding a faux baby bum! And you could add a life size accessory such as Kanye West on your arm to finish up the look. #9 is for the guys and the gals, basically any hardcore Breaking Bad TV show fan. Heisenberg and Jesse's cooking costume is simple with a bright yellow hazmat suit and gas mask. To take it a step further you can work a shaven head, but ladies if you want to rock this outfit- maybe get a bald cap instead? At #8 is the retro Great Gatsby movie inspired look. If you're going for a glam look, the 1920's are it. Find a sparkling beaded flapper dress and top it off with a fabulous headband, necklace and even some fur and you are all set! #7 is Pretty Little Liars' infamous "red coat." This one's for those who don't necessarily want to go all-out on a costume or just want to stay warm. Because all you need is a red hooded coat, blonde wig, black pants, black gloves, and heels. And if you don't already have these items, think of it as an investment to your new Fall wardrobe. #6's costume is taken from the much talked about "Blurred Lines" music video by Robin Thicke. The girls kept it simple donning their white panties or shorts and matching paired with some gold bling! If you aren't into wearing your privates in public, wear your bikini and maybe some nude tights underneath? Summer may be over but this is Halloween and pretty much anything goes. Rounding out the 5 slot is the Katniss Everdeen look from highly anticipated Hunger Games movie "Catching Fire." Everyone went crazy over the first photos of J.Law in a frothy wedding gown and there is no doubt people will be recreating their own "mockingjay" look. Or maybe you'll go for the active look in Katniss' jumpsuit? The #4 look is Selena's "Come and Get it" Bohemian-esque costume. From the catchy beat to sexy dance moves, Selena has completely bewitched us! All you need is a flowy red dress with some face jewels and maybe a floral headband? Taking our #3 Halloween costume is from the most buzzed about celebs, Miley Cyrus. We don't have to get into details about her VMA performance again, but we can be sure that people are definitely going to be channeling their inner Mileys this Halloween. Before she tore it off, Miley donned a tongue-out bear onesie that people can have fun recreating. Paint your own "selfie bear" on a leotard and rock out your Miley moves. Add a foam finger to complete the look. The runner up taking the 2nd spot in our Halloween costume countdown is Lady Gaga's "Applause" face paint look. Get your paint on and keep the clothes simple with all black. And finally, we give our top spot to Miss Katy Perry. Her jungle look from "Roar" is sexy, fun and the perfect Halloween costume! Recreate this look with a cheetah patterned crop top, grass skirt, and flower accessories. You can make your own grass skirt and maybe even get your friends to dress up as animals from the video?! We are obsessed with this "Roaring" costume, I mean, who wouldn't want to be queen of the jungle? We hope our 2013 costume ideas help get your creative juices going! Tell us what YOU are planning to be for Halloween this year? Are there any outfits you think deserve an honorable mention? I'm Misty Kingma, and thanks for tuning in to Clevver Music.
