DESCRIPTION:
One of my favorite kinds of albums to get were the compilations. It's like there were more flavors to try. Before the internet, it was the best way to sample what bands were out there when deciding who's album you were going to get. So I chat up Classic Metal released on Regency Records in 1990 which were recycled track from the California 1 & 2, East Coast Metal comps, with Rage of Angels thrown in for good measure. Then I give my 2 cents about the 1991 White Metal Warriors: Last Ship Home (release by Pure Metal in the States) compilation featuring righteous metal acts (Seventh Angel, Detritus, Lazarus, Stairway, & Maverick) from the UK.
