Its like they emerged from the mists fully formed and completely genius; Chorused the Animals is like a magical, childish, prance through a place we can only view through the window of song. It sounds like nothing else - maybe a little Robert Fripp and Brian Wilson merged with the Residents, but clearly they are their own animal. They've opened up a whole new realm of bedroom pop. You haven't heard of them, but if there is any reserve of infinite justice in the universe, you will.
