By now, I'm sure you've fallen in love with Felix Cartal and Autoerotique's "The Alarm" (and if you haven't, then shame on you). Whether you have or have not, prepare yourself to get stoked all over again because it's been remixed, giving the already vibrant track three fresh new perspectives. The Erick Rincon 8Ball Bootleg is, in my humble opinion, the most eclectic; it almost has the vibes of a party in Cuba experiencing an air raid. With the Keys N' Krate rendition, expect bass for days and the feeling of chills creeping down your fist pumping arms. Different still is the Charlie Darker remix, which lends a throwback early house music experience while maintaining the hyperactivity of the original track. It's quite an accomplishment to take a piece that is already a mega anthem in its own right and turn it into a whole different work of art, but these three producers did just that and did it remarkably well.
