DROWNED VI // MOTHER CETACEAN
'Mother Cetacean' is the veil between two worlds, tri-fold. The first is between Mother human and Mother whale. The second is to address the calls of the Man from 'Unsleep' and the mother's skull swollen with grief. The third is to blend the color-bound with tides of the deep.
This release also serves as the bridge between 'Unsleep' and the next album. All donations received will be to fund future releases as well as sent to various marine life charities.
"Drowned VI: Mother Cetacean"
Varnished in grief,
Water slowly fills
her lungs...

A mother's sea-side peril
For the carcass of her son
is shaped by bending and twisting into abstraction.

Bodies of creatures ill-famed
Touched by no sun in existence

Surely will not understand,
No empathy is granted to the human.

Bodies of creatures ill-famed,
Touched by no sun in existence
Surely will not understand,
No empathy is granted to the human.

Guided by mental trauma, she swam towards their call...

She swam towards their call...

A thinning of blood
in the human's torso
beckons equivalence

Aging mother...
The burdening depth of the sea
Has swallowed your son...

A thinning of water
in the amphibious center
beckons equivalence

Mother Cetacean,
The burdening depth of the sea
Has swallowed your young...

Aging mother...
The burdening depth of the sea
Has swallowed your son...

...We drown...
