Reaching a milestone 10 years of programming on CHRY 105.5 FM "Rebel Vibez", has remained loyal to its movement and support of Canadian content. Carrie Mullings and the Crew Memberz of Rebel Vibez stay committed to the airwaves and listeners with high quality selections and the deliverance of a uniquely fresh sounding reggae show. Hosting the Canadian Reggae Charts weekly as an opening segment of the show Rebel Vibez listens to the voices of the people by way of fan based voting for their favorite artists/songs to rise to the #1 position.

Over the years Carrie Mullings has been proudly representing artists but never has there been one as loyal as Elaine "Lil'Bit" Shepherd. Elaine being an independent artist, has always been passionate about other independent artists of all capacities. "Part of what Rebel Vibez stands for is a movement against the notion that independent artists cannot grow and strive! Together we can build bridges and create an empire larger than the mainstream!" says Elaine.

"In this industry there is a lot of bad mind and jealousy that could easily be converted to more positive and uplifting energy. There is an almost blatant hypocrisy coming from the same song writers and music makers of the most conscious and uplifting reggae music?" said Carrie.

In sharing with the world their Rebel Vibez "branding" which on a personal tip includes a sisterhood with a rare bond that has partnered the duo in business and in friendship. What initially began as a Manager/Artist relationship has evolved into an incredible movement that evokes love, unity, positivity and above all, the courage to be strong minded, independent and grounded with the belief that we all have the power to be ourselves and make a statement.
