bleeding the clutch on my front wheel drive toyota vios (yaris sedan/belta)

same method applies to all cars with hydraulic clutches that have master and slave cylinders

for toyota vios/yaris/belta 2nz and 1nz owners:
the clutch and brake fluid share the same reservoir, there's no separate reservoir for the clutch fluid. (doesn't apply to all)
