Mostly piano, a basic chord progression and melody, similar to what Ludovico Einaudi, Yiruma etc compose. Minimalistic. Easy on the ears. Its also a bit like another minimalist piece I did recently The Last Leaf Falls.

The name inspired by T.S. Eliot's poem "The Wasteland"

April is the cruellest month, breeding
Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
