Originally heard this in a Detroit Beatdown mix on Bleep43 Podcast, unfortunately no tracklisting. But with some help for my girlfriend we identified it as this.

There a few mixes / remixes on YouTube but in my opinion this is the best! If you listen carefully you'll hear the vocal part is the same as the melody from Nude Photo by Rhythim Is Rhythim.

It was only an MP3 release as far Discogs makes me aware (Not even FLAC). A real shame, I would love to own this on a peice of etched plactic!
