DESCRIPTION: Furious distortion, blistering harmonics and relentless punk rhythms make for the abrasive sound of Melbourne post-punk three piece Black Level Embassy. Talking to Radio Dingbat during their last tour of Western Australia, the band discuss their formation, the recording of their album Baroc at Electrical Audio Engineering in Chicago with producer and famed Shellac bass player Bob Weston, their thoughts on managing and operating a band, and the pitfalls of impromptu interview locations. This footage was taken from the bands 25th of January 2008 performance at The Norfolk Basement.
