DESCRIPTION:
Dark Carnival was formed in October 1983 after drummer Mark Goodspeed left Lazy Haze and guitarist Reed Sutton dropped out. Chris Klein and James Whitehouse teamed up with drummer Doug Hovan. "Hammerhead Jam" was recorded on March 30, 1984. It is off the album "The Voluptuary's Sky Yacht." Video by Dwayne Grady. The band played in San Francisco at the Mabuhay Gardens and The Rock on Broadway up through 1985.

This was a actual spontaneous jam in the recording studio.

(Also notice Doug gets handed an empty pipe three times in a row in this video. No wonder the guy hated us. hahahaha)
