Big Yellow Dog Music is an independent music publishing company in Nashville, Tennessee. The company was formed in 1998. In its nine years of existence Big Yellow Dog has had substantial success. The company has celebrated having over 200 cuts including 9 1 singles. Big Yellow Dog has also been awarded with the 2006 BMI Song of the Year for Toby Keith's single "As Good As I Once Was" and the 2007 ASCAP Song of the Year with the Carrie Underwood single "Before He Cheats."
