DESCRIPTION:
Megafaun (http://www.megafaun.com , http://www.myspace.com/megafaun ) returned to Chapel Hill/Carrboro from their latest tour, headlining a show at Cat's Cradle, 5/7/10. This is their 2nd encore, titled "Beloved Binge". This was one of those shows where you KNEW, that with all going on around town and the Research Triangle, you absolutely made the BEST decision regarding where to get your music fix. For those who rarely go to shows, maybe 2 or 3 a year, no one left with anything but fiery admiration and satisfaction. For those graduating from UNC this weekend and perhaps leaving the region, there was no more fitting sendoff, taking in the abundant cultural arts of our region.

Also playing were The Great White Jenkins (friends from Richmond VA; http://www.myspace.com/thegreatwhitejenkins ) and Chapel Hill/Durham's Mount Moriah ( http://myspace.com/mountmoriah ). Maximum satisfaction.
