"This song was influenced from growing up in NY when we was young listening to jazz and hip hop. Some of our favorite hip hop groups blended hip hop with Jazz like Gangstar and Tribe Called Quest.

When I was a teenager I was listening to Miles Davis and Coltrane, so we thought we would do a track dedicated to that aspect of hip hop. I wrote the hook and brother Eric Rico brought it to life 'cuz he is a talented brother like that." - En Sabah Nur
