As raw and ghetto sounds in dance music are practically their own genre nowadays, Europeans are not always very clear what ghetto house really is so here's the definition in a nutshell: Ghetto house, or booty house, is a type of Chicago house which started being recognized as a distinct style from around 1992 onwards. It features minimal drum machine-driven tracks and sometimes sexually explicit lyrics. See, simple, and this definition contains the reason for our love for ghetto dance music.

Too Late Productions aka Manuel and Tom are 2 veteran producers who have had their hands in dance and bass since mid-nineties, when Manuel aka Ueli released true 90's ghetto club music, hardcore and acid as Energy Flash for Trigger Records Germany in 1992 and the duo have since released music on labels like Energetic Music and LeBal, as well as the now defunct but legendary A Touch Of Class Records from New York.

The catch in this release is simple: it's honest and real ghetto club music from 2 techno veterans. The beats are tough, bass is booming, vocals are cut-up and it sounds fresh now as it would have back in the days of cheap studio hardware. These are tracks from producers who have matured alongside dance music and still keep pumping out the real DJ tunes.
