DESCRIPTION:
Confederate 135. This was Otis' first record under his own name. He had had a release the previous year under the group name The Shooters (that has also been posted). Contrary to some price guides the Confederate release preceded the Orbit Records release. Not surprisingly Confederate Records was having a tough time promoting their R&B releases with a big ol' Confederate flag on the label. They then changed their name to Orbit.
