beware people, there is a great scam going on where bailiffs will turn up at your house with fraudulent documents, telling you they have a legal court warrant to remove your goods or vehicle, when they have no legal right to do so - the paperwork is printed by their own company, and is unfortunately good enough to fool the police, as they are not trained in civil matters.

stand your ground, and know the law. we called the police to protect us, but they almost ended up assisting his theft and fraud, until they were schooled on what kind of bailiffs can use which kind of force on which kind of occasions.

this deceitful mr. burley, tried to pull a fast one in order to seize a car for auction for his own profit. he will be pursued with a criminal case under the far greater common law.
